871 Repair Instructions

1. Remove the screw from the center of the plastic cover.
2. Lift the cover off the unit.
3. Remove the imprint mask, if the unit is so equipped.
4. Push out the ink roller shaft, remove ink roller. Remove old ink roller bushings and replace with new ones.
5. Insert the ink roller with bushings in place. Replace the ink roller shaft.
6. Replace the print mask and cover.
7. Replace old form stop by removing screw from bottom. Install new form stop and adjust to desired location.
8. Replace end cap by removing screw from bottom of end cap. Slide old end cap out and insert new one. Rubber feet can be installed by inserting smaller end into opening on bottom of end cap and turning clockwise.
